Baros Maldives is offering a romantic private dining experience like no other for couples aboard the resort’s unique Piano Deck. Poised above the tranquil waters of the island’s lagoon, the Piano Deck is surrounded by sea and soothed by the Maldivian breeze. It is the setting for a memorable evening, a Love Song to enjoy before a night in your specially decorated villa.
Recognised as the Most Romantic Resort in the world for eight consecutive years at the World Travel Awards, Baros Maldives offers a truly idyllic retreat for couples. If you are looking to celebrate (or make up for) any lost romantic moments during the past year, experience the Baros Love Song. This is an intimate dining experience on our Piano Deck, a unique wooden creation shaped like a grand piano, poised as though floating in the middle of the lagoon.
As the sun sets across the horizon and the sky turns a rich shade of orange, share an unforgettable experience in this magical setting. Your personal chef prepares a mouth-watering dinner just for two. With nothing around for miles, a couple can enjoy romantic privacy sipping champagne and listening to the whisper of the wind and the song of the waves.
Specially curated by the resort’s Head Chef, your four-course meal begins with a selection of canapés and fresh oysters. Next, indulge in a marvellous Chilled Seafood Extravaganza, a wonderful platter of the finest Fruits de Mer including poached Cold Coral Lobster, Tiger Prawn, Scallops, Blue Swimmer Crab and Smoked Salmon.
The main melody is the South American Ceviche, an array of Reef Fish, Tuna and Prawn Ceviche, served with Sevruga Caviar and Crispy Tortilla. This seafood inspired menu is paired perfectly with our sommelier’s recommended fine wines.
It is rounded off with a delicious selection of hand-crafted Artisan pastries for dessert.
After dinner, a short boat-ride takes you back to Baros where your transformed villa awaits. Romantically decorated with island flowers, it is enhanced with a relaxing bath run with essential oils and adorned with bubbles and petals. A fitting climax to the Baros Love Song.
