Beneath the shade of the landmark canvas sail roof, the gallery deck is the perfect spot to while away the afternoon with sparkling conversation and chilled glasses of finest white wine.

The Lighthouse Lounge’s inventive cocktail menu features classics and dilettantes like the Coral Mule which draws inspiration from the contrasting hues of the coral house reef. Premium amber Bourbon is paired with golden Ginger Ale and garnished with a vivid orange peel.

Inspired spins on classics like the Berry Royal, a Baros take on a time-honored Bellini – raspberry purée with a dash of premium Cognac topped with Prosecco. Try the Baros Breeze, a new age adaptation of the classic Dark and Stormy made with white and dark Rum and freshly pressed pineapple and cranberry juice. It’s like a tropical getaway in a glass.
